Leek & Caerphilly Glamorgan Sausages with Wholegrain Mustard

A classic vegetarian staple, Wales’ Glamorgan sausage has been given the life it deserves – the Goodlife! Sautéed leeks, crumbly Caerphilly cheese and a dash of wholegrain mustard are married together perfectly. Ideal served as bangers and mash or with some some tomato and onion chutney on a brioche hotdog bun – comfort food at it’s finest!

Remove from packaging. Always cook from frozen./p>

To Grill:
Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages under grill for 16-18 minutes, turning regularly.

To Pan Fry:
Pre heat 10ml of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging, add sausages to the pan and fry over a medium heat for 15 minutes, turning frequently.

To Oven:
Pre heat oven to 200°C /Fan 180°C /Gas 6. Place sausages onto an oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes.

Wait until coals have turned white. Remove all packaging. Brush each sausage with a little oil and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning frequently but carefully.
