Vegetarian Sausage Hotdog

You can’t go wrong with our veggie hotdog!

Serves 4


  • 8 x Goodlife Leek & Caerphilly Glamorgan Sausages with Wholegrain Mustard
  • Tomato Chutney
  • 600g Sweet Potato
  • 8 x Hotdog Buns
  • Paprika
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


How to make:

  1. Cook the sausages according to the instructions on the back of back
  2. Preheat the oven to 180c/Gas Mark 6
  3. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges
  4. Lightly toss in a little oil, paprika and freshly ground salt and pepper
  5. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven, and cook for around 30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve the sausages in a hotdog bun with some tomato chutney
  7. Enjoy!
