Grill’em, fry’em, or pop’em in a tray bake. Made with mushroom, red onion, lentils, and seasoned with herbs and spices, these tasty vegan sossies are packed with flavour. Try a bite!
HOW TO COOK
Cooking instruction from frozen
Oven cook
Pre heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Place sausages onto a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven for 17-20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
Grill
Pre heat grill to medium. Place sausages under grill for 15-18 minutes, turning regularly.
Shallow Fry
Pre-heat 10ml of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add sausages to the pan and fry over a medium heat for 15 minutes, turning regularly.
Barbecue
Cook as per instructions above and finish cooking on the BBQ.
