Katsu Curry Burger
A curry classic is taken to a whole new level of tasty with these irresistible burgers. Made from sweet potato, edamame soya beans, rice, carrot purée, coconut cream and (of course!) katsu curry paste. Team them with crunchy slaw, a fluffy bun and extra katsu curry sauce for good measure. Yum!
HOW TO COOK
Cooking instruction from frozen
Pre heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Place burgers onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 23-25 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
