- Brioche Buns
- Sour Cream & Chive
- Crisp Salad Leaves
- Tomato Salsa
Serving Suggestion: A side of cooked potato wedges and another dollop of sour cream & chive for dipping.
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Place the Goodlife Nut Burgers onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. All ovens vary, so just make sure the burgers are piping hot before serving.
- Cut the brioche buns in half and toast on a griddle pan for approx. 3 minutes.
- Layer up the toasted brioche bun base, add a layer of sour cream and chives, then add a thin layer of crisp salad leaves, top with the cooked Goodlife Nut Burger, add a topping of tomato salsa and your brioche bun lid. Your burger is now ready, enjoy!
