Vegetable Protein Balls
These high protein veggie balls are a delicious combination of lentils, tomatoes and spinach with a hint of basil. Enjoy in a bowl of spaghetti with a pesto or tomato sauce. P.S did we mention they’re vegan too!
HOW TO COOK
Cooking instruction from frozen
Pre heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6. Place balls onto a non-stick braking tray in the centre of the oven for 16-18 minutes. Turn once.
