They pack a protein punch. A magic medley of spinach, kale, peas, red pepper, sweetcorn, pea protein and chickpeas. Snack them solo or stir them into tangy tomato sauce with spaghetti or tagliatelle. P.S. don’t forget the vegan cheese!
HOW TO COOK
Cooking instruction from frozen
Pre heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6. Place balls onto a non-stick braking tray in the centre of the oven for 14-15 minutes. Turn once.
