Smokey Bean Sausage with Red Pepper and Smoked Paprika

Mmmm Smokey. The perfect blend of berlotti and haricot beans, carrot, red pepper and smoked paprika. Delicious with fresh spinach, buttery toast, beans and a heap of tasty mushrooms. What a way to start the day!

How to cook

Cooking instruction from frozen

To Grill

Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages under grill for 15-18 minutes, turning regularly.

To Pan Fry

Pre-heat 10ml of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add sausages to the pan and fry over a medium heat for 15 minutes, turning regularly.

To Oven

Pre heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6.  Place burgers onto a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven for 17-20 minutes. Turn once.


Cook as per instructions above, and finish cooking on the BBQ.
