Houmous Burger with Tahini and Spinach

Packed full of chickpeas, tahini, spinach and Moroccan spices plus a hint of lemon and garlic. Perfect in a pitta with more houmous (you can never have enough) and crispy green salad.

To oven

Pre heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6.  Place burgers onto a braking tray in the centre of the oven for 20-22 minutes. Turn once.
