Picador Parsnip & Sweet Carrot Nut Burgers with Crunchy Cashews

We’ve selected the very best parsnips and teamed them with our favourite carrots and a handful of our crunchy cashews. These nutty burgers are a great source of vegetarian protein and they don’t compromise on flavour. We love them with a peppery salad, perfect for a flavour-packed lunchtime or evening meal.

How to cook

To Grill
Pre heat grill to medium. Remove all packaging. Place burgers under grill for 12 minutes, turning regularly.

To Oven
Pre heat oven to 200oC /Fan 180oC /Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place burgers onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
