We’ve selected the very best parsnips and teamed them with our favourite carrots and a handful crunchy peanuts and cashews. These nutty burgers are a great source of vegetarian protein and they don’t compromise on flavour. We love them with a peppery salad, perfect for a flavour-packed lunchtime or evening meal.
HOW TO COOK
Pre heat grill to medium. Remove all packaging. Place burgers under grill for 12 minutes, turning regularly.
Pre heat oven to 200oC /Fan 180oC /Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place burgers onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
