Falafel

A classic, Middle-Eastern dish made with chickpeas, and a hint of spice – these falafel balls are perfect served with a cooling yoghurt dip, as part of a mezze platter, or enjoyed in a delicious, warm flatbread.

HOW TO COOK

Cooking Instructions from Frozen

To Grill
Pre heat grill to medium. Place falafels under grill for 12 minutes, turning regularly.

To Oven
Pre heat oven to 200oC /Fan 180oC /Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place falafels onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
