Balsamic Roasted Sprouts

- Preheat the oven to 180c/gas mark 6.
- Boil the Brussels sprouts in slightly salted water for 3-4 minutes and drain well.
- Add all the ingredients to a roasting tin, and mix to coat evenly.
- Place the roasting tin in the centre of the oven.
- Cook for around 30 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown, and the cranberries are soft.
- Add a few sprigs of rosemary to garnish.
- Serve, and enjoy!
