Balsamic Roasted Sprouts

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c/gas mark 6.
  2. Boil the Brussels sprouts in slightly salted water for 3-4 minutes and drain well.
  3. Add all the ingredients to a roasting tin, and mix to coat evenly.
  4. Place the roasting tin in the centre of the oven.
  5. Cook for around 30 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown, and the cranberries are soft.
  6. Add a few sprigs of rosemary to garnish.
  7. Serve, and enjoy!
