A good life starts from within and this naturally delicious grill has been lovingly created by our chef Caroline who always has her finger on the pulse, trying out ‘trendy’ ingredients like quinoa, adzuki beans and puy lentils which are great for slowly releasing energy throughout the day, which is just what you need if like Caroline you are also running around after 3 children! Caroline’s Recipe for Spinach & Lentil Grills:
Wheatflour, chopped onions and a mix of puy lentils, adzuki beans, brown rice and bulgur wheat. A dollop of tomato purée, some chopped red peppers and leaf spinach. A splash of rapeseed oil, some quinoa a sprinkle of rice starch and blended herbs and spices coriander, garlic, yeast extract, salt and cumin
Why Not Try? Pitta Pockets...
Take them for lunch in a toasted wholegrain pitta bread topped with red pepper houmous or salsa.
Stack it high!
For a fancy meal layer thick slices of roasted aubergines, beef tomatoes and red onion between 2 grills
