Danielle’s Recipe for Glamorgan Sausages:
Chop some onions cauliflower and leeks and mix with dried potato, water and rapeseed oil. Add a touch of rice starch, some soya protein and season with a blend of yeast extract a pinch of salt, sugar and black pepper and a splash of vinegar
Why Not Try? Topping with a twist...
Line up the sausages on top of a meat-free cottage pie or shepherd’s pie base as a tasty alternative to mashed potato!
Welsh toad in the hole
Whip up a quick batter and drop the sausages in and cook from frozen for a toad in the hole.
