Be warned, this is no ordinary falafel, Caroline likes to get fruity and wants to add a bit of spice to your life too! By using mother nature’s pulses, fruits and vegetables our food loves you from the inside out and sets you up for the day to go about your business and do good things! Join our revolution! Caroline’s Recipe for Fruity Falafel Quarterpounders:
Chunky Chickpeas, chopped onions and juicy sultanas. A splash of rapeseed oil and a handful of breadcrumb. Pour in some mango puree and season with a blend of parsley, cumin, salt, coriander, lemon, black pepper, garlic and chilli
Why Not Try? On the BBQ...
Slice up in a pitta bread or tortilla wrap! add some crisp lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, red peppers and humus! Great for a summer picnic.

Chop up the burger into fingers and dip in mango chutney for a spicy starter!
