We make delicious meat-free and dairy free products using mother nature’s vegetables that are quickly frozen to lock in all that goodness and act as a natural preservative so our food is as fresh on your plate as when we made it in our kitchen.

Our food loves you from the inside out!

That’s because we use natural ingredients in our products, so you could easily make your own favourite Goodlife product from scratch using the ingredients you’d normally find in your kitchen cupboard. Of course it’s much easier for you busy people to have them pre-prepared by us so you can quickly and easily heat them up for dinner, keeping hunger pangs at bay! Plus you can be sure that they are meat free dairy free, free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and hydrogenated fat.

Quality is in everything we do and we are extremely proud of our products and our reputation. Our products are suitable for Vegetarians & Vegans and are registered by the vegetarian society and also the vegan society.

Ice, ice baby... Mother nature’s preservative naturally locks in all the goodness from the vegetables. Frozen vegetables are just as good for you as fresh ones, plus they don’t go mouldy or need chopping. That’s why frozen food is great (even if we do get a bit chilly here sometimes!!)

Our Cheshire home is a dedicated meat-free site. It’s from here in our kitchens that we create our own distinct flavour profiles from our stock of over 300 different ingredients to develop our tasty range, straight from our kitchen to yours!
